• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Content you provide — video files, clips, descriptions, and titles you submit for analysis. Uploaded media is processed to generate results and is not sold to third parties.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to improve the Service.
• Messages — information you submit through our contact form.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Generate AI-powered analysis, titles, and recommendations.
• Respond to your requests and support inquiries.
• Improve and develop new features.

ClipFlip OS uses third-party AI models (accessed through the Vercel AI Gateway) to analyze content and generate titles. Content you submit for analysis may be transmitted to these providers solely to produce your results. We do not use your private content to train our own models.

Account data is stored in a secured Postgres database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. While we use commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting and AI infrastructure), or when required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at ultris1quantum@gmail.com.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
