Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClipFlip OS (the "Service"), operated by Ultris 1 Quantum Ideas LLC ("U1QI", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using ClipFlip OS, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (including AI analysis and title generation). You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

5. AI-Generated Output

ClipFlip OS produces AI-generated suggestions, scores, and titles. These are provided for creative assistance and are not guarantees of performance, virality, or income. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.

6. Credits & Payments

Certain AI features may require credits or a paid plan. Fees, where applicable, are disclosed before purchase. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The ClipFlip OS name, U1QI marks, the No. 83 branding, and all related design elements are the property of Ultris 1 Quantum Ideas LLC and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultris 1 Quantum Ideas LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
